Built by a teacher who knows what AP success actually requires.
Mr. Matt Shrader is a 20-year veteran classroom teacher and National Board Certified Teacher with experience teaching AP Physics 1, AP Physics C: Mechanics, AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism, and AP Research.
His students have gone on to earn scholarships and attend institutions including MIT, Cornell, Columbia, Carnegie Mellon, the United States service academies, and many more.

Do you offer one-on-one instruction?+
Yes. Our core program includes regularly scheduled live, small-group classes with experienced AP teachers. Students may also schedule one-on-one sessions when they need more individualized instruction, targeted help, or additional support with a difficult topic.
What if my student misses a live class?+
Class recordings and supporting materials are available so students can catch up and review difficult topics on their own schedule.
Is the program only for students who are struggling?+
Not at all. Some students join to rebuild confidence or close learning gaps. Others want to stay ahead of their school course, deepen their understanding, and perform at the top of their class. We also provide complete AP course instruction for students whose schools do not offer the course or whose schedules do not allow them to take it at school.
Does AP STEM Academy supplement or replace my student's school AP class?+
Students can use AP STEM Academy to strengthen an AP course they are already taking or to receive complete instruction in an AP course that is unavailable through their school. We also provide complete course instruction when a school scheduling conflict prevents a student from taking the AP course they want.
